A respected, physician-led dermatology practice in an established Maryland suburb is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant with strong surgical skills to join a collaborative, high-functioning team. This role is designed for a PA who values precision, structure and meaningful involvement in patient care.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Established private practice with a dedicated Mohs surgery unit and strong clinical support
- Surgical-forward role: 2–3 days assisting in Mohs surgery; 1–2 days in general dermatology (cosmetics optional)
- Hands-on surgical involvement including suturing, pre-op and post-op care, patient follow-ups and surgical flow coordination
- Balanced, realistic patient volumes with multiple MAs supporting both surgical and clinic days

Candidate Profile:
- Dermatology PA with 2+ years of general dermatology and surgical experience
- Surgical experience is essential; confidence in Mohs assist workflows required
